A Crunk Cup IS a fragile, hand-made craft item that is meant to be enjoyed at parties, social events and for special occasions. A Crunk Cup IS NOT a piece of fine jewelry or a durable piece of dishware like forks, knives, mugs or plates. It is not meant to be washed as you wash dishes. We describe an easy method of cleaning these cups below.
Please note the hand-made nature of this product. It is not assembled by machines, nor does it roll off of a conveyor belt. This means that from cup to cup, there will be minor and slight differences
in the positioning of letters, rhine stones, decals and other embellishments added to the cup. Such imperfections can even be noticed in many of the example pictures provided in the Photo Gallery on this web site. All refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. Instances of damage during postal delivery and misspellings of our fault are refunded or replaced 100% of the time. However, please purchase this product with your expectations in proper context.
Don't wash the cup with a dishwasher or attempt to wash it with soap and water as you would one of your dishes. These cups are NOT dishes. They are hand-made craft items intended to be treated with care and caution.
Don't drink extremely hot liquids in the cup. This can cause some of the letters, numbers, rhine stones, decals and other embellishments
to come off.
Refund requests must be made in writing via email to getcrunk [at] crunkcups [dot] com within 5 business days after your order is recorded as delivered by USPS or other mail/freight carrier. By purchasing this product, you indicate that you agree to all terms listed on this web site.

You can drink from our cups, but we warn AGAINST pouring extremely HOT liquids into the cup, as such liquids being poured into the cup can damage it. Though we assume it to be obvious, we must note that these cups are NOT actually made of genuine gold, platinum, silver and/or diamonds. Cups that are made of real gold, platinum, silver and/or diamonds actually costs tens of thousands of dollars to make. Our cups are not expensive jewelry pieces. They are only meant to be inexpensive and fun novelty items enjoyed as gifts, prizes or costume accessories.
CrunkCups are made of a material coated to give them the appearance of gold and platinum. They have a brilliant shine which can be easily maintained by wiping them gently with any dry soft cloth or microfiber towel.
Drink ONLY cool or cold liquids in the cup.
Gently wipe the cup surface ONLY with a completely dry soft
or microfiber towel.
ONLY if extra cleaning strength is needed, wet a soft cloth with a small amount of rubbing alcohol to clean the cup surface. Do not let alcohol touch the rhinestones, letters and/or decals on the cup.
