Refund requests must be made in writing via email to getcrunk [at] crunkcups [dot] com within 5 business days after your order is recorded as delivered by USPS or other mail/freight carrier. All refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. Instances of damage during postal delivery and misspellings of our fault are refunded or replaced 100% of the time.
